Terrible experience at the store. Kat didn’t want to help in finding what I was looking for she just pointed her finger. I had to walk out of the fitting room barefoot to get my size. She was really rude! I even found my way to the fitting room she just ignores customers.

The staff are pleasant enough, but the biggest drawback in this store is how high they hang their clothes. The clothes are not reachable by average height customers. Nobody wants to shop where looking at the merchandise becomes a strain. There are no aids to help customers to reach the clothes and not enough staff to ask for assistance. Whoever in the portmans chain thought of this idea in order to cram more stock into an already small area, has made an error of judgement. I no longer bother to shop at portmans stores for this very reason.
