We visited the JP service today for a simple witnessing of signature on some nz documents. We waited for 45 minutes In a line of 6 others while one of the ladies inside had her afternoon tea and ignored everyone. Only one of us were allowed inside at a time and the JP decided she was not able to sign our documents and became very confrontational when questioned about it. So, no service for us from these ladies. Customer service is not on the menus at this JP office. We have been to Australia Fair JP service where two can go in and the service is delivered with a smile.

About 2 months ago my husband and I needed a JP. Visited Harbourtown JP office about 15mins before closing, thinking we had a straight forward case to just get some forms signed. This ‘straight forward ‘ case turned into just under an hour which meant this lovely lady was working later than she was meant to. Her name is Georgina Samuels and there was also her manager there helping too, but I sadly have forgotten her name. We would like to say how we appreciated their help that day and wish them both well.
