Disapppointing service from such a prestigious brand - shopped at 1.20pm on Saturday 27 February at Aspley store. Staff acknowledged me on arrival however when I asked a question about pillowcases didn't seem interested. Karen (staff member) and another colleague talking amongst themselves on personal mattters, slouching across the counter and generally didn't seem to want to be there. When I purchased the pillowcases it was very transactional. There was no suggestion nor recommendation in trying to match to sheets or other products in store which I could have additionally purchased. These staff members should not be there and are ruining your brand.
