I have attempted to attend 2 bookings which have been rescheduled and attended one with a booking error which required me to come back an hour later to receive treatment as they had no one who could do the treatment. very unhappy with service as with the multiple re-bookings I requested a refund as it is incredibly inconvenient with work to be constantly re booked and told to come back later in the day then the time my booking was made. The refund has not been given after many conversations. Customer service is lacking as I now have to wait for a call after they contact the owner for a refund. I would not recommend this place if you want a booking to attend and receive treatment. I have witnessed the rude covsersations they have done to customers which included a person who was taken to the treatment room told to get ready than 5 mins later told to leave as they had been double book, they were upset and received a rude comment.
