If i could give this place no stars i definitely would. Please do not come here if you want a good haircut. My hair looks like it was cut with a chainsaw. It’s like they gave the scissors to a chimpanzee. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror without crying. I mideswell go bald

I went to this place yesterday and I have never seen a less qualified bunch of hairdressers in my life. Non of them know how to cut hair . I went there and asked to have my long hair in long layers and in a v shape and now my hair is beyond repair. The hairdresser that cut it knew he stuffed up and got another that made it even worst. Please don’t trust this people with your hair . Yes it’s cheap but they will ruin your hair. Totally devastated to see my long hair gone.

After getting my hair dyed here, there were a few patches and inconsistencies. When i voiced my concerns they told me that there was nothing they could do and that the problems were small enough to be ignored. The customer service was crap and the quality of the work is too.

Took my 16 y.o. daughter there for foils and ended up with awful chunks of colour that in many parts already looks like she has bad regrowth. Went back and asked them to fix it and they refused. There's a reason why they're cheap... never again!

i went to this hairdresser yesterday late night i normally get sofia to do my hair shes friendly beautiful always happy and she wasnt there i got some inana girl to do it and she messed up my hair !!!! i would recommend this shop close down they dont speak english they dont give you the hair cut / hair style u want i want sofia back they have lost the best staff member they could of got ive been going to sofia for years and i never had anything bad to say but now i will not be going back and inana needs to get fired she is bad !!!!! michael if you see this ur salon is turning in to a assyrian salon not happy at all

I've been going to colour room fr a number of years. Ive been totally satisfied with the manager an my hairdresser as I feel special an always happy with my colour an style. However, the friendliness an smiles could be improved and also I prefer the appointments systemv. Keep up the good work an hope to see you smiley faces soon.

Avoid this place. Everytime I go for anything it’s an experience I’d rather forget. Communication issues/ rough handling of your head and hair so much so that I come out with neck muscle tension. They are cheap but enter at you’re own risk. Today was the last time I go there. I asked for a wash and blow dry but after having my scalp scratched to death and putting up with having my head pushed down and tossed about, I settled for a quick dry instead and my head to remain on my shoulders. I left and this time I’m not returning!

Do not go here. Not a single smile of any employees. Another Aeabic lady walked in and Aussie lady walked in and they both got greeted. Asked for long Angle bob. Walked out looking like Dora the explorer. I ended paying $50 at hairhouse warehouse so the could try and fix the mushroom on my head. Its 3am and I am still so devasted that I have this haircut till it grows out. would recommend going here if Arabic speaking only as they will give you redpect then. Anyone else AVOID AVOID AVOID.

worst customer service experience. The guy who coloured my hair left hair dye on my face and let me walk out of the salon with it. Also when I asked why he was in a bad mood the whole time, he said he had a lot on his mind. Customer service comes first not your problems.

I am very disappointed with my colour and hair cut. The cut was crooked. The colour was not done on the full hair. The hairstylist burned my nevk and he does not care. There are leftover colour stain on my forehead. The staff does not talk.

This salon is a joke. They dont take booking appointments, you cannot request a specific hairdresser its all about chances and luck when you come in. I have blonde hair and i ask for icy blonde foils and yet claim they cannot achieve it? how? if i had jet black hair and asked for icy blonde you do whatever it takes to achieve what i want and what i am paying for. Majority of workers are rude, nothing like i have ever witnessed in other salons. Every hairdresser is different so everytime you go in you get different outcomes. i dont understand why you cannot request the hairdresser you like or prefer. They do not know what they are doing, they do what they want not what you want.

Do not go here if you're LGBT or you're a woman who just likes super short styles. This is the second time I've gone there to get my hair cut super short in a nice modern style and the utter panic on their faces this time made me almost leave and I should have. Both times I've been passed off to someone else who has immediately looked terrified at the prospect of doing my hair but this time I had two workers watching, including my original hairdresser, as this lady butchered my hair. I now have to go get it fixed elsewhere because it's all over the place despite requesting specifically that it be symmetrical. She also couldn't wrap her head around me asking for the longest part of my hair be layered until it matched the sides and back. It cost $20 but I honestly would've gone to the expensive hairdressers near Target if I had known they'd screw me over like this.

Terrible terrible terrible...they are ugly, they are rude , they are bias.... unless you are a middle Easter customer, they will make you wait, meanwhile the middle eastern customers gets served immediately...Stockland Manager, please get rid of them...they are a big downfall to the shopping centre and a lot of the customers that goes there.
