I went there and asked for a certain design. They told me it would be $95, for the design I picked I thought it was worth it. I sit down waiting for 20 minutes even though I booked this appointment. I waited patiently. The service took super long but was still rushed. The lady barely looked at the design and when I corrected her and told her to change something that was obviously in the photo she would get frustrated and argue with me that it’s not nice. I knew I was paying $95 so I definitely needed to make sure she did them how I expected them. When I told her to change something she barely changed them and I kept asking her over 3 times for the same thing by the end I gave up coz I didn’t want to be difficult. One of my nails had a flower on it which was pretty big and I wanted petals around it. The petals did not fit and they suggested to put gems instead which I didn’t mind. I go to pay and they up charge my nails to $100. I ask why and she says that the gems cost extra. Firstly I was not told it would be extra and secondly it was not my fault that it didn’t fit, the gems should have been a replacement of the petals not something extra. I argued and she would not let it go so I told her fine since it’s only $5 extra but I was frustrated with the 2 hrs I spent there to pay $100 for my nails which were not worth that much at the end since it didn’t look as good as the design I showed her and you can see that it’s rushed and barely the shape I asked for. I will not be going back there again not worth it
