Looks all modern and new but did the engineer have a degree? Parking lot is a complete failure. The old lot was on a slope. How difficult is it to level the ground when you upgrade. After over 2 years of construction, the parking is still on a slope, leaving trolleys rolling away and trolley bays only useable from the upper side (lower side wont stop them rolling into traffic). Judging by the number of accidents in that parking lot alone, the tight access & the squeeze to get in as many ars as possible ... it falls way short of acceptable. Add the hungry jack & a medical clinic & you lose even more spots, ... yet (true to form) the DA was approved. Incompetence all round.
