Horrible customer service , an old & very cranky woman lady who works their regularly is a bully to young customers , disgusting unprofessional & rude behaviour !!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever received paid $30 for little toys for my brother for his birthday the manager was so rude I paid for all the toys walked out to check the bag and they missed an item didn’t even put it in the bag and closed the doors I went back the next day and said there’s no way for them to prove it as I could of just taken it out of the bag when I still had the receipt this has to be the worse place I’ve ever shopped
