Avoid this business. Payment in advance required for cleaning of white wedding dress. On pickup, inspection revealed dress to be badly discoloured. He claimed the dress was yellow to start with, and he wasn't responsible, dismissed photos showing white dress as "could have been altered". He then walked away leaving me standing at the counter. A return visit to deliver him with a letter of demand was just shrugged off, again with him walking away from the counter, and dismissively tossing the unread letter into a drawer. Fair trading, and Westfield Centre Management notified.
