My watch has failed three times since I bought it. Its movement was replaced at least once under warranty after considerable argument and for which I was told that they had replaced the battery (even though the watch is a self winding chronograph with no battery). Most recently I was charged over $200 to get it working again. The workshop was more than a month late and made no effort to contact me. When it was ready, I had to attend the store three times, as the hours of trade on the website were wrong. They did give me a free scented candle for my trouble. Its a really lovely looking watch but that is where the joy stops. It is simply not as reliable as any of my other watches and the customer service completely misunderstands the expectations of the market in which TAG and LVMH purport to operate. Save your money. Find something else that you like and save yourself the bother...
