Product purchased makes phone screen unresponsive & unusable. Took it back next day & told that's just how they are, just press harder. Refuse to replace or repair or refund, not even store credit. They just don't care. The product cannot be used for the purpose it was sold. I won't be back & will spread the word. Poor customer service & care should not be tolerated.
