Food is fine BUT I'll give ZERO stars if I can because of their staff. When I went for lunch today, they were incredibly rude. Let’s start: 1) When I ordered they spoke to me as though I was bothering them, like I should feel bad for even daring to speak to them. Her tone when speaking with me was so off putting but I thought you know what, we all have bad days so I let that slide. 2) She seemed upset that I was only ordering one thing, no drink or any add-ons. Well sorry for bringing my own water and not wanting to order more than one dish. 3) I paid by card, she just shoves the machine at me expecting me to know how to work the machine. Fair enough, EFTPOS machines are generally the same EXCEPT this one was a different model with a weird covering over the part where you insert the card. I looked at it questioningly wondering what to do and the lady just snatches the machine back and pulls the cover off. EXCUSE ME, rude! 4) I didn’t see the chili sauce, so I asked can I have some chili sauce. Any other server would have either pointed to it or handed me the sauce but she just gives me the dirty and points with her chin. This place may have lots of people going to them but I can’t tolerate being treated like this. Not coming back and will be telling everyone I know not to buy from this place until they properly train their staff on etiquette. Don’t tell me it’s a cultural thing because being a b**** is being a b**** in any country.
