I visited Anaconda in Rockdale today and received great customer service from Rocks who helped me out when I was looking for the things I needed. After gathering all my things I went to check out ad paid. After walking out I realised that I was incorrectly charged as some of my items were on sale and I was charged full price. I went back inside and told the lady the situation. She was rude, had an angry tone and said that it didn't come up in the system. I told her how wouldn't it come up in the system if on the tag and the racks it had the discounted price. She used a rude tone of voice and I was very unsatisfied with her customer service. She did not even apologise when it was Anacondas fault for the inconvenience. Everyone check your price before paying so you don't experience what I did and get ripped off!
