Please!!! Train your officers or workers. I literally spent 1 hour just staying my application to be done. He made a lot of mistakes when entering my details into server. A lot of times one other lady came and explained and still he made mistakes. Is it responsibility??? The worst experience I had in NSW service. Counter 10, Emanuel. If you read this review then please please please get more training before sitting on that job because this is documentation, this is not game playing. (24.03.2022; whole morning period)
