Today I went into Telstra Shop @ Penrith, the girl with the dark hair that was on the door, really needs to learn customer service skills, never have a been spoken to so rudely & clearly her having to stop chatting to another employee was annoying, maybe you should go & see Emma Lee in Pandora she can teach you, how she knows customer service, talk about one extreme to the other, Telsta very disappointing

Very bad customer service store, did not receive a phone, when 5G phone came out after they said I will receive a call. They kept on saying that they only received 4 Samsung Galaxy 5G phone and it's been allacted to other customer. I find that hard to believe as I have found out from Neapean store that they receive at least 20. Very disappointing. I believe Telstra Penrith Westfield has held a lot of the 5G phones for new customers not existing customers
