Usually I don't have any real issue with this place but the last two sessions have been awful. I'm always worried about my nail health. The second last time I had SNS done I still had SNS nails on and they tried to pull them off to remove them. When she pulled the first nail off (yes it hurt) I stopped her and told her absolutely no and to remove them properly with nail polish remover. Because she damaged that nail I didn't return until my nails had completely regrown for another SNS. When I did return she filed my nail and hit skin... yep, you know those horror stories, I'm now one of them and I am honestly horrified, these were fully grown, untouched nails and were grinded down to my skin, it hurts and is so sensitive, I've had to start filing my nails down below my fingertips so I don't catch it on anything as I'm so scared half my nail is going to come off and I have to wear a bandaid around to ensure i don't hit it or get anything in it. Like honestly how crazy. Unfortunately, I wont be returning.
