    DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG S20 ULTRA 5G FROM OPTUS! Very disappointed I followed the advice of the store staff and then online sales with Optus, who I have been with for 30 years and purchased a Samsung S20 Ultra 5G mobile phone. This thing is a lemon I've since discovered as others I have found with the same phone are having the same issues. When in 5G mode he phone consistently drops out, won't connect, others can't hear me or I can't hear them etc. It tuns out this phone doesn't work properly in 5G and Optus staff will tell you that - but only after you have bought it and start to experience the problems. Also I purchased mine recently and the staff would have known that Samsung was releasing another model shortly (S21 Ultra 5G) because of the issues they were having with the S20 but they didn't advise me to wait, instead opting to get rid of their stock of lemons. Lodge a complaint, start a case, get a case manager, and after 3 weeks of going round and round in circles being asked for the same information and getting the same excuses all they were prepared to do was offer me a discount for a year (not even the term of the contract). I've had enough. When this contract is over they have lost my business for good along with all my kids phones.
