Whenever they say one day, expect at least a week or two. The repair became more expensive than initially quoted for(but cheaper than it could have been). But I do have a working phone for cheaper than a totally new phone.

they promise "like it was before" for repair, but if they crack the screen, will pretend an old lady knocked over something heavy and make you pay for it. Not only that, a "one day repair" is more like indefinite

I went to them with a gold iPhone pro with a broken screen and got a black iPhone pro with a faulty screen when I spoke over the phone the guy said oh yeah we had a new guy wasn’t very good if I can’t find your back I will only charge you 1/2 price for another one lmao and aid he can’t talk over the phone so I went back in and he kept saying look the imie number is urs so this is ur phone yes I lost my s$&t they charged me over $400 cause I also bought a phone case wanted cash which they got the receipt reads $389 so I have lost out but took my phone to the shop near Myers they were lovely and the screen was $100 cheaper stay away from the phone hospital
