I had the worst experience yesterday I go to just cuts Penrith all the time with my kids my eldest daughter has severe autism it’s hard enough for her to get a haircut it’s very overwhelming for her the ladies are all usually so lovely but this hairdresser Lana I’ve never seen there before was so rude towards my daughter really no understanding with a special needs child speaking rudely to me & my daughter I really feel not going back there

Very poor skills in cutting by most staff
