Rude staff, my 18 year old daughter went in with her 19 year old boyfriend to buy a bottle of rum for her friends 18th for a present. Was asked for ID and produced it but still refused as her partners nsw app wasn't working. Then when I went in there was refused as I was trying to secondary supply apparently. Absolutely ridiculous so she just went else where and got it cheaper anyway!
