Worst customer service I've ever seen I upgraded to a new Samsung phone a month ago and it has some issues . I visited the showroom and handover the phone .it went for repair and they returned the phone unrepaired. I've been chasing these guys since a month and none is helpful. I am exhausted calling again and again Still waiting for their support. We have been with Vodafone since 15 years. But I'll not recommend Vodafone to my friends any more Such a bitter experience and lost my trust and paying the money for a faulty phone. Please be aware when you go with Vodafone
