Automated answering service states call will be returned within the day - I've called on 3 consecutive days but no one has called me back & it's day 5! Started the process to open a business bank account and was informed it would take 5-7 business days to complete. It's Day 15 business days and still no account nor contact from the bank! Person I spoke with last week said they'll get back to me, but still waiting! Unbelievable this is one of the Big 4 banks :(
