Customer Service Zero. I bought from this shop many times. But today, I was browsing with my daughter and she had a toy on her hand. The Sales lady snatched from her hand and said: you are going to destroy the package. I will NEVER buy there again.

Rude, unpleasant staff member in my ex. Within 10 seconds of entering store she had come over to my young daughter and taken a toy out of her hand. My kid was just looking at the toy and I was standing with her. The woman said she was too young to look at the toys-she's two and a half! There was no damage to the box or messy hands involved. Then she told us to leave. A pity as the toy selection is nice and it's local to us, but so are Kidstuff and their range is fantastic. I will never give this store my business again.
