Worst customer service. Older lady was nothing but rude. Need to learn some skills in customer service. Won't go there again.

Disgusting treatment from the staff member at the mt druitt store this morning with my child. I bought my son in the pick out buy some Easter decorations for the house and his Easter hat. He is 3 so he was picking up some of the decorations and very excited and talking loudly “oh the duckies have hats”! (We weren’t in a breakable section!) He was close by me and the staff member can over yelling at myself and my child “you not let your child touch in this shop, you should not be letting him touch!” Ripped the Pom Pom ducks out of my sons hands. And made him very upset. The customers around me told me that her treatment was appalling. Don’t bring your children into this shop their Easter joy will be ruined by a dragon staff member. She was that rude and angry it made him cry.
