Do not take your watch to them for repairs , I had 2 watches serviced by them, and then by another watch repairer to fix there stuff ups. stay away from these people.

Disgusting and poor customer service. These people don’t know how to treat customers esp costly when dissatisfied. They laughed in my face when I asked for a measly $15 refund to obtain a themometer for mymedically fragile child because they messed up the settings when they replaced the battery. What utter rubbish people treating people so rudely.
