Disgust at lack of knowledge of own jewellery, and the total disregard of a persons need. "If it's not Michael Hill's" then we don't want to Know! We have been purchasing from Michael Hill somewhere in the vicinity of fifty (50) years, however to day that ended. I was going to by my wife another ring (Mothers Day) however, Trish had one of the chains from her wrist which had broken, she also had her TPI badge which needed the back clip soldered back on. Result: These are not Michael Hill products and we can not (will not) repair them. At that moment after all these years, and you may include Darwin and Liverpool Michiel Hill in those, I decided that Merrylands Stocklands store will never see Trish or my presence again. We walked across the walkway to Prouds to a totally different atmosphere. Thank you Prouds for your assistance and respect.
