This was the worst experience having a Tag repaired. Incompetent staff, misinformation and did not honour the 12-month warranty after we paid over $700 to repair previously. Were told the watch was sent to Switzerland without approval, when it was in Sydney and made to pay a further $600. Rude staff who do not understand the brand they are selling. Buy your Tag Heuer elsewhere. Also took almost 6 months to get everything completed. Manager did not provide copies of the reports as requested and advised that there was no one else to speak to. Ended up having to deal directly with repair centre and head office. Appalling service.
