    I left my car with these people to be washed during my time at the shopping centre. Returning to collect my car, I found it had not even been started. I did expect I may have had to wait for about fiteen minutes while it was finished. I was told that some equipment had broken down and they were running late. I sai I was not able to wait there, as I had a fair distance to travel home, and would appreciate a refund of the fee I had paid, as I booked online. All sorts of offers were made to avoid giving me a refund, however I rarely visit Hornsby - I was there attending to a medical appointment, and lunching with a friend whilst I was there. Three days later - I still have no refund. You would expect that I might have received a phone call letting me know of their problem, but no phone call was received. I have brought the matter to the attention of Westfield Hornsby.
