Horrible service, rude and extremely arrogant manager who lied about Bing Lee’s responsibilities under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) to replace a product that was not fit for purpose. In addition, the staff and manager had abysmal product knowledge and could not answer the simplest of questions, preferring to argue and refusing to offer any help or service. If you are looking for customer service, product knowledge and common courtesy, you should avoid this store and the store manager, who is less than useless.
