Poor customer service. Hard to communicate with. We have bought 2 quality bags from here and one of them was faulty. We took it back within 2 weeks and even though it had a 3 year warranty they would not exchange. The attendant was not very helpful. They seem only interested in selling rather than customer satisfaction. Would never shop here again seeing as there are other options in Hornsby.
