I can not express enough how absolutely terrible both the service and the job was. I’m not a snob and almost never leave reviews for anywhere, but this experience was so bad that I had to note it down to help other people avoid this. Not only was I dismissed repeatedly in another language or spoken over in another language and left confused, but they rushed me through in ten mins and I had asked for a manicure with shellac. As you can see from the photos of both my nails and my friends, I got shellac on my skin on the sides of my nails so will likely peel off in a day or two. All edges are rough and there was skin all over my hands as well as powder. I asked ‘if I should wash my hands’ before she applied the polish and was told I didn’t need too as she brushed the powdery nail flakes from the drill down my arms. This is the worst $45 I have ever spent. Abysmal!
