Very fresh. I am also very impressed that their chicken snitzel tender loins don't have any additives! Just breadcrumbs and salt. I was excited to know that they sell these because it's hard to find prepared food that has 'real ingredients' (none of the artificial flavourings that normally ruin the natural taste of chicken).
