PENDING MODERATION WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! As soon as I came I was asked by guy name Jimmy to choose the colour and have a seat without even asking what I would prefer to do. One girl started my pedicure and the other started my manicure. They were continuously talking in Vietnamese which was really annoying and unprofessional. When I told the lady I am here for Gel manicure she became so frustrated when she heard that she removed my nail polish in a very harsh manner and also during the Gel manicure she was very rude and unfriendly. Over all a very bad experience would never come back or refer anyone.

WARNING!!! to anyone who is thinking of buying 10 session voucher for 10% discount, this is what happened to me. When purchasing the voucher, Jackie demanded cash only, then provided me with a hand written voucher without a receipt, thinking nothing of it until after my second visit when she double booked and did not provide the service or honour the prepaid voucher. When I asked for a refund Jackie was rude and became threatening, stating I have no prove of purchase and it wasn’t her problem. Only til I said to her I will record her actions and take it to fair trades that she was reluctant and very abusively gave me the outstanding refund. Just be careful when paying in cash as some of these employees may pocket the money and give you a bigger headache than what it’s worth.
