I ashop at Woolies Dapto frequently unfortunately the staff at the service desk are not very service focused. They are missing in action for long periods of time or stand in groups having conversations and laughing or cleaning the counters of registers deliberately ignoring customers. At times there might be 4 or 5 customers waiting. Same workers every time. I now look to see who is on if I need to go to the service desk and unless they are standing there I go to Coles. If staff do not like serving people they should not put in the Customer Service desk
