Very unhappy - Dec 17, 2019
Terrible customer service, from both the staff and the owner. Said there would give a quote in 3 days, nothing called, nothing called asked for watch back had to drover to another location to pick it up. The back wasn’t put back on properly and it’s possible the bearing was damaged while the back was removed or attempting to put it back on. Heard other customers complaining while at the counter. Owner blamed the lack of call for the quote on human error, but wasn’t really apologetic and kept talking over me when I simply tried to ask for the watch back. Would never use or recommend them for anythjng not even key cutting let alone watch repair. Only getting one star as I cannot give zero
