I have purchased twice through these guys. And they ain’t the good guys!! First one was a click and collect. I received the email to say my item was ready to collect. But when I got there the guy told me they were out of stock. But yet I had the message saying it was ready for pick up. My second was posted as I am in a five km lock down. Nine days later the item still hasn’t been received and it only had to go 10 km. Seriously I could have walked and gotten it there quicker.

Terrible service..... Ordered a printer online waited two weeks and nothing had come, then i rang good guys Casula were it was coming from only to be told that it was out of stock and could be another two week wait before I receive it. At no point did they advise me of my order being out of stock and I asked to cancel my order which they said they cancelled and would refund money. A Week later still no email to confirm the cancellation, rang back again and a lady advised the order was cancelled but for some reason refund didn't go through and would call me back that day which no one did. Rang back today and got a very rude lady giving plenty of attitude and was told they only cancelled it today and I will have the refund by the end of the week supposedly which I'm not holding my breath for. I will never buy from the good guys again this is terrible service and frankly most products can be found cheaper elsewhere. The only reason I purchased from here was out of desperation as they were the only ones with that printer in stock which was obviously a complete lie just to get my money. Very quick to take my money but not cancel and refund due to there mistakes. Liars, terrible attitude and terrible service don't buy from here.
