Just to clean my phone port I got charged $50 for them to look at it pull a tiny bit of dust out of it and say it was fine I then went to charge it when I got home and it still didn’t charge Waste of my time and money 0 stars

Terrible service - DO NOT SHOP HERE Charged extreme high prices, screen repair cost more than the phone itself. Worker broke phone and had to return several times before they were able to fix it but in the process cracked the screen and refused to fix it.

Worst experience EVER, I pre-paid for a mobile phone repair report, I had to call multiple times requesting the report, weeks later I returned to request my money back only for the owner to instruct the person working behind the counter to refuse a refund. The owner then instructed his employee to walk away from me and to ignore me, which he did and left me standing there. A day later I received my repair report, a one sentence statement that the phone was repairable and the cost. I forwarded this to my insurance company (NRMA). I received a phone call stating that the report was unprofessional and lacked the actual report detailing phone condition, damage report and repairs needed. NRMA refused my claim, and I was $80.00 out of pocket. Stay away folks, unprofessional, unreliable, dishonest, rude and NRMA has tagged this business on their system as "Do not use". I do not usually post negative feedback, this is my first, I am an easy customer to please, but this needed to be said.
