I was refused service for not wearing a mask, despite having a medical exemption. When I told the manager that it was a breach of the Discrimination Act, he said that the teller had the right to refuse service if s/he didn’t feel comfortable. I had made an appointment and travelled an hour to get there. They will be hearing from my lawyer.
