I visited The Bankstown store to buy a iPhone charging dock. I approached a staff member for help who wasn’t attending anyone, he directed to the front of the store to two other employees who were busy with other customers. Meanwhile the first staff member went to help another young female customer. I then waited for the other employee to finish with his customer to ask him for help he just pointed in the direction of the charges, as I am 60 years of age I do not know much about these things, again I stated I need some assistance the young man held up a piece of paper and said he had to finish this. I left the store never to return. Very unprofessional very unhelpful !
