What was L’Amour nails has been renamed Mastercolour nails and under new management. I found my experience there yesterday 30 November 2022 such that I will never return. I found the woman who seemed to be the boss, just that bossy and rude, no please or would you, just pointing and sharp tapping of finger on my hand to ask me to do something, to my surprise she actually could say please to someone she knew and liked who came in for a manicure. Before that I just thought that she had a very rudimentary use of English. A fellow customer had to help me when I was seated in a pedicure chair with a hot tea, which I indicated I had when I came in, that had no cup holder, unlike most other chairs. At the end of the pedicure I was told to go to a desk but given no help to put on my shoes and had to struggle with foil on all fingers to strap them up. I had to reach awkwardly across to retrieve my bag which she had insisted be on the chair next to me. I was manhandled by her at the table pulling my arm this and that way with no request only tapping into my skin with a pointed finger and pulling my arm. I was almost in tears when I left and found that although she did a good job on the nails her manner with me was not customer friendly in fact it was downright rude.
