  • The Allergy Centre – Go Vita in Jamison Plaza customer review by Nguyen

    - Oct 24, 2021

I ordered one 3kg pot of Blue Hills Bees. Later The Allergy Centre called to my phone number and said that this brand has been replaced by a new one (Adleys honey) but the quality is the same. Then I decided to buy two 3kg pots. I opened one pot to use. I usually have a cup of hot water with honey every morning. The honey seems to be fake. It tastes bad; a bit sour, not sweet, and very difficult to swallow. Because the taste was so bad, sometimes I couldn't finish the whole cup of hot water with honey. Then I saw something brown (similar to dirt) at the bottom of my cup. I request for the refund, at least for the pot which is unopened. The Allergy Centre says that I should contact the supplier and refuses to refund. The seller doesn't show any responsibility for the product which they purchase and recommend.
