Had to order a special hamper for some friends in Kaleen as we are located in Rockhampton, QLD. We were served by a lady named Sophea and she was so amazing and knew just how to help us. She sent the menu for us to know the amazing selections of bread that they have and other options we could order for the hamper we wanted. They did not have an option for delivery but this lady Sophea went above and beyond and delivered the hamper for us! She was just a star! Even gave a photo of the delivered items and called our friends to advise of the delivery. Her help and service was exceptional and it was more than what we expected and we were really happy to receive assistance at such distressing times. If we could give more than 5 stars for her exceptional service, we would do so! Looking forward to visiting the shop once we can travel to ACT.
