COTA (Council of the Ageing) Canberra said that many older people had been helped to buy a phone at JB Hi-Fi Canberra Outlet Centre. I shopped there for a phone and Rachel sold me the phone and Grayson helped me to change providers and get connected. It was a pleasant experience for me as us oldies (I am over 80) find learning new things quite challenging, particularly in my case changing from iPhone to Android. Thanks guys for your help and I will be commenting to COTA on my experience.
