Great customer service experience! Me and my wife went to Aveda, Canberra Centre to check on their free scalp check. We were warmly ushered in with a cup of tea each, had the scalp check for both of us by Anna, the consultant on duty- she was patient to explain everything- from our hair quality before going to her products with diligence and politeness. All these without the slightest push to buy any products on that day. Upon finding out that we are from Sydney eventually, she even suggested the Sydney stores that we could visit if we were happy with the samples. This is top class customer service that is quite rare to find. Hence, it deserves our unreserved compliments.
